At Bhawar Singh Masale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our spices and products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on any opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at bhawarsinghmasale@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
